>$7 Fall decor in 7 minutes

OK, I have been admiring these amazing fall decor items all over the blog lately…and I decided to go to my local dollar store and get some vases and candlestick holders like everyone else…

While I was there, I picked up a lot of other “fillers”…but once I got home, I tried played around with a lot of my different fillers, and realized I liked it simple. So, here’s my very inexpensive dollar store decor…

Simple! I think less is more on this one. I played around with adding some ribbon…leaves…stones…but I think I like this combination the best! And, it took less than 10 minutes! So easy!

I actually spraypainted my rattan balls brown and ivory…they were too white beforehand. I originally bought 2 identical candlesticks from the dollar store to mount the vases on, but then I went to the thrift store and found the bigger one for $1.40, and I really like how the heights are staggered now. Exactly what I wanted!

Total cost:

Rattan balls: $2.00

Moss: $1.00

Candlesticks: $2.40

Vases: $2.00

Total cost: $7.40

Let me know what you think! I’m pretty excited…and the nice thing is I can change it so quickly without it being a big deal!

    >Very nice! I like the staggered look too. I got my stuff to make some tonight, and my DT had 2 small glass candlesticks for $1. It looks great in a short tall short pattern. The rattan balls are amazing though! So homey!
